Turkeys, Pumpkins, Leaves and Snow!

Although our home is still decorated with pumpkins and leaves in
preparation for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends,
it feels a bit like winter. We have had our first significant snowfall. On
our last visit Starbucks presented us with our favorite hot beverages in
their holiday cups. And we have begun using the hats and gloves that were
tucked away for months. I alternate between reviewing the Thanksgiving
menu of favorite dishes and rechecking the holiday gift list, thinking of
loved ones and hoping to see a smile as each gift is unwrapped.

I often enjoy a glass of wine with my evening meal and there are a few
wine lovers on my gift list this year.
