Product Sweet Petula

Summer is finally here with soaring temperatures! Last year I
enjoyed summer afternoons drinking iced tea. This summer my husband and I
have both been enjoying iced coffee in the afternoons. My son prefers fresh
squeezed lemonade
. Fortunately, pitchers are one of my favorite kitchen
tools. I enjoy their beautiful lines and the weight of a full pitcher as I
place it in the fridge to chill. Each pitcher represents hours of relaxing
with a good book or talking with friends and family.

I am especially fond of our La Rochere, Parisian Pitcher. This
stunning piece is made of thick, sparkling clear glass by the oldest glass
factory in France. Its graceful silhouette and comfortable handle ensure it
is a pleasure to use.

It's been raining a lot lately. Usually the rains have abated by this time of year and it's heating up outside. Spring seems to be lingering. And I like it. I enjoy the way the world smells after a good rain. Fresh. Clean. Lush.

I have also been enjoying the Sweet Petula Body Wash. The scent is sharp, crisp and clean. After washing, my skin feels smooth and lush.

The Sweet Petula Hand & Body Balm completes the experience of being pampered. It feels good to listening to the rain and paying a little extra attention to my skin. The heat of summer will be here soon enough!

Spring is really here! Warm sunny days interspersed with cool rainy days. The hummingbirds have been flitting about for weeks already. The other day at my son’s baseball game I saw the first ladybug and butterfly of the season. Now I am on the lookout for a dragonfly!
A couple of months ago I gave some of the La Rochere Dragonfly dinnerware as a birthday gift to my mother-in-law. Of course she liked it! Each item is made of beautiful, substantial La Rochere glass, good for everyday use and entertaining as well.  The dragonfly that seems to flit about in the glass is just enchanting!

Our lawn was just mowed for the first time this year,
there are birds moving into all three of our bird houses, and I am thinking
about garden plans. I know I will plant more herbs and flowers. I will also
help the strawberry plants spread out to fill their garden bed. When I took
a few minutes the other day to see how the garden had fared over the winter,
I discovered that the rhubarb had already returned, lush and full!

Speaking of lush, I am enchanted by the Fleur-de-lys glassware! The pattern
is timeless!  The fresh, brilliant blue glassware is my favorite. Also
available are soft pink, spring green or classic clear glassware.
Substantial enough for a family's everyday use yet beautiful enough for
company, this glassware would make a statement in any kitchen!

Daisy's are one of my favorite flowers. They make me smile.
And they remind me of sunny, carefree, summer days. Just last summer there
were some growing wild in my lawn and I made sure they didn't get mowed
down. Later my 8 year old son brought me a handful. So precious!

The new Marguerite glassware features daisy's, with their
dainty white petals and sunny yellow centers. Each glassware item has
several friendly daisy's infused in the glass and no two are exactly alike.
Enjoy the many warm days ahead with cold beverages, the clink of ice in your
glass, and everlasting daisy's that will lift your spirits!
